Shipping Rates and Methods
Most orders will ship via Ground freight- either UPS Ground or Fed-Ex Ground. The shipping costs will appear in each SKU and the final shipping costs for all items will appear in your Cart before final Check Out. Orders that exceed reasonable Ground freight fees or are of larger quantities will be shipped via Truck Freight (LTL). The total charges are available once you put the product in the basket the product page, at Checkout Time, or via quote. Products will be delivered to the back of the truck (the tailgate). This is called Curbside Delivery. It is your responsibility to removes the product(s) from the truck, so we recommend at least 2-3 people be present when the product is delivered. Often times the driver will assist in removing the product from the truck, but they are not required to do so. Also, It is our recommendation that if your order is being delivered to a Residential address or a location that does not have a loading dock, that Lift Gate service be purchased for products that weigh over 200 lbs. In-home delivery and other services are provided by the truck carriers and are easily purchased directly from them. We will provide you with contact information for your carrier so that you can request and arrange for any additional delivery services that you prefer. We also recommend that you have a handcart available in order to transport the product from the street/driveway to an area where you can unpack the product in a thorough and safe manner. Lastly, there may be Residential Delivery fees of $65 to $180 depending on the truck freight carrier. These are not to be confused with shipping fees. All fees will be disclosed upon checkout or when items are placed in a cart. Orders place during peak season many incur extra lead-times. We list a "Ready to Ship in" or "Usually Ships in" timeframe with every product so that you can know how quickly we can normally ship the item. However due to supply and demand during peak seasons these time frames can vary for certian high-demand models. Once your order ships, deliveries take between three and seven business days, depending on the warehouse and the delivery locations. If you have a rush order or need delivery option above and beyond standard delivery, please don't hesitate to call us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We want to save you time, so we offer you the ability to send products to more than one address within one order. Our goal is to save you time and money.
