Ordering Information
Ordering Procedures
It is very important to carefully review your Order Receipt, which will be emailed or faxed to you within minutes after your order is placed. You must review the receipt and acknowledge the order as correct via e-mail or fax before Greenbridge Mantels will place the order with the manufacturer. If you notice any errors or would like to make changes, please contact Customer Service within 2 business days. Most orders will be held 48 hours to allow time for review. After the 48-hour timeframe, changes cannot be made without incurring additional costs, up to 25.00% of the order total. Most purchases are also considered “Custom Orders” with the manufacturer and are placed into Production on the third business day of order receipt. For custom orders, you will be charged 50% of your order total on the third business day of receipt. The remainder of your order will be charged when the product ships.
Payment Options
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, checks, money orders, and cashier's checks (in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank). We also accept purchase orders under certain terms. Call for details.
All Greenbridge Mantels products and services are priced in U.S. dollars.
Our systems are very secure, and all customer information is kept private.

You can place an order with a credit card , either by using the Web site or by calling us at 877-MANTEL9 (877-626-8359).
To place an order with a check, money order, or cashier's check (denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank), please print your shopping cart and send it with your payment to Greenbridge Mantels, attn: Orders, 520 W. Erie Street - Suite LL100, Chicago, IL 60654.
We will happily accept purchase orders from U.S. schools, and U.S. state or county government agencies. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
- The smallest purchase order amount we accept is $100.
- All products bought by purchase order must be shipped to a US destination.
- Payment terms are net 30.
- We cannot accept purchase order numbers over the phone, or purchase requisition forms.

Sales Tax
Items shipped to destinations in the State of Illinois are subject to the 9.75% Chicago sales tax rate.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an "order confirmation" email within 24 hours of placing your order. The email confirmation will
list all items in your order and serve as your invoice.
If you do not receive your order confirmation after 24 hours, please click here to contact us. Be sure to include your account email address and order number. We will send a new confirmation to you.
