Everything listed on our site is brand-new, in its original packaging and provided with a full manufacturers warranty. If you are not satisfied with something, please send it back within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. We cannot reimburse shipping and handling charges, and we do need to charge a 25.00% restocking fee for many items. Please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping charges will be deducted from your return refund. Please note that certain items are not returnable.
